1. Voluntary Donations & 80G Tax Certificates

All financial contributions made to Animal Hope Foundation are voluntary non-profit donations used exclusively for stray animal feeding drives, emergency veterinary medical surgeries, sanctuary maintenance, and field rescue operations.

• Tax Exemption: Donations are eligible for 100% tax exemption benefits under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
• Receipt Generation: E-receipts and digital certificates are issued automatically upon successful payment verification.
• Refund Policy: Because funds are immediately allocated to active animal rescue operations and food supplies, voluntary donations are non-refundable once processed except in cases of verified technical duplicate billing.

2. Virtual Sponsorship & Adoption Terms

Virtual adoption sponsorships provide monthly medical care, shelter comfort, and nutritious food for sanctuary animals:

• Virtual adoption does not transfer physical legal ownership or possession of the animal.
• Sanctuary animals remain under the complete veterinary care and guardianship of Animal Hope Foundation.
• Physical pet adoption applications are subject to mandatory screening, home checks, and shelter team approval.

3. 24/7 Field Rescue Dispatch Protocols

When reporting injured or distressed street animals through our emergency portal:

• Reporters must provide accurate location landmarks and valid contact numbers to facilitate rapid ambulance dispatch.
• Dispatches are prioritized based on medical severity (e.g., severe road accidents, trauma, critical shock).
• Submitting false, prank, or malicious rescue reports is strictly prohibited and subject to IP reporting.

4. Intellectual Property & Media Use

All content, logos, rescue photographs, campaign materials, and certificate designs displayed on this portal are the intellectual property of Animal Hope Foundation India. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misrepresentation is prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with website usage or sanctuary operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
